As President of Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart, Will Condon oversees the operations and the continuous growth and development of the Children’s Hospital and pediatric service line. Prior to assuming his interim position at the Children’s Hospital, Will served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ascension Florida and Director, Operations for Ascension Sacred Heart Health System. Will has served at Sacred Heart for nine years. He began his career in the Marketing and Communications Department with a focus on promoting growth for Sacred Heart Medical Group, the Children’s Hospital, and key service lines at Sacred Heart hospitals in Pensacola, Miramar Beach and Gulf County. Will holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in healthcare administration, both from the University of West Florida. He also is a member of community 15 of the Ascension Executive Ministry Leadership formation program.
