Dr. Marcus McBride has done workforce development work for the last five years, serving as director of education and training for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers in Columbus, Georgia. He’s also served as vice president of operations for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley, with a total of 19 years of nonprofit experience. He joined CareerSource Escarosa in June 2020, where he’s tasked with leading a nonprofit that helps the area’s workforce by running a job board, connecting them with skills training and answering questions with the unemployment assistance.
