What a difference a year makes!

In 2018, Achieve Escambia's partners launched three collective impact projects to achieve the two community-wide goals in kindergarten readiness and career readiness set forth in our 2025 strategic plan.

Each project is led by an all-volunteer work group, informed by data, and focused on collaboratively improving a key cradle to career outcome on our education roadmap.

We don't want incremental change. We want to move the needle. By learning to measure and improve what matters, our teams are also reimagining the future of cradle to career education and workforce development systems in Escambia County.
